We had a great stay at this hotel. We were in town on a bike trip and had 7 bikes with us. I phoned the staff before we arrived to see if there was a place to store bikes and luckily they let us keep them locked in the conference room for the week we were there. I was worried the staff would get tired of having to let us in and out to grab a bike every day, but they each cheerfully helped us out. Service was wonderful. Breakfast was pretty standard, although the chicken and biscuits were nice when they were available. Overall a great experience, only wish there were laundry facilities available to guests.

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. They offer so much- flight info, cooking supplies, gym, 24/hr game room, hot tub/pool, etc. Everything was super accommodating and the staff was very friendly. Prices were honestly not bad either. My family really enjoyed our stay, felt like a mini vacation :)

Myself and 3 grandkids stayed here and was a great hotel. Fresh and new, great room, pool and breakfast. Pretty close to everything we wanted to do too.

Building looks great. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. One of the door maghold on the 4th floor elevator lobby was not working and was being held by a door stop (unsafe and a fire hazard). The rooms were clean except for the shower which could use some new caulk and we found some hair in it. We had room on the 4th floor facing the freeway, so our room was a little noisy. The kitchenette came complete with microwave, dishwasher, sizable refrigerator, dishes and utensils. The bed was comfortable and we had a restful sleep.

I wanted to share my experience with the front desk staff during my stay. The night-time person, Draya, was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I had a few instances where I either misplaced my room key or forgot it in my room, but she was always quick to make me a new one without any trouble. She’s truly amazing to have as the first person you meet when you arrive at the hotel. From, Rm.319

I would like to give a shout out to Michael, an employee of this organization. He went above and beyond to assist my husband and me with trying to print a document in the lobby, we were struggling with this. He came to our aid and we successfully printed the document. This was all on his own without our asking him for help.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our kids were well-fed and felt welcome, even though we arrived a bit late for breakfast. Their kindness, friendliness, and hospitality truly! Special thanks to Lori & D

I want to give the hugest shout out I can to your staff at this location. We have stayed in Hilton’s all across the world and different types of hotels from hostels to 5 star resorts and this was the BEST hospitality we have ever received. We are a military family in the process of moving to our next duty station on Whidbey island and I was in a car accident during our stay here and your staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, had help, and was okay. Your new GM Heather was so warm and welcoming and made sure we were okay and let me know whatever I needed they’d try their best to help. Karen also was amazing, she works in the housekeeping side and made sure I didn’t need anything and she was there if I did. She even helped me take my trash out since my back ended up broken from the accident, and always gave my dog some love when she saw him. Your front desk staff as well were amazing. Michael was one and another young lady who usually works nights. They’d pet my dog, offer to hold him so I could make my million trips to my car to pack it with my 800 suitcases and just made me feel welcome. I really can’t express in enough words how amazing my stay has been and how awesome your staff is. They deserve all of the recognition and praise. They truly embodied the values and core beliefs behind hospitality. Thank you again to your amazing staff for being the rockstars they are and for going above and beyond to make my stay here until I could get into our house as enjoyable as it was.
